They needed an administrative building closer to their operations area. Once again, DAS was provided architectural plans (by C.F. Brenner Inc.) and detailed landscaping and asked to place the building in its surroundings and create a realistic animation of the finished product. The interior renderings were done in 2004 with 3ds Max's Radiosity render engine, the only out-of-the-box option for quality interior lighting at that time.
